Amino Acids - Branch Chain

Branched chain amino acids:
Leucine triggers release of growth hormone and insulin which creates anabolic and anticatabolic conditions within muscles. Branched chain amino acids vital role is in repairing and building muscle tissue. Ingestion of these acids is recommended after training due to their depletion during training and allows repair and growth of muscle to take place and keep catabolism in check.
